Can he make it? Yes he can!

Last night at dinner, Bary asked if he could help with anything. I was trying to get the stew cooking, and mentioned if he'd help me with the cornbread, that would be great. He was a little tentative, but took on the challenge. Now, Bary is right comfy around a BBQ, but not so much in the kitchen-unless it's to grab some food. He grabbed the cookbook and went to work.
Just before I took this picture, he said: "This is fun. Scary, but fun."



He finished it up and got it in the oven, then looked at me and said, "You could have probably finished the stew and got the cornbread in before I did, right?" (He is a very meticulous baker-very precise) The cornbread was very good though, and he's thinking he may try it again..
