Tonight the kids had ice cream cones after dinner and Katelyn shouted "ohhh!! Neapolitan!" except she pronounced it "Knee-a-pah-lat-eeon" Very funny. I love that no matter how old they get, they still get ice cream all over when eating a cone :)

I went grocery shopping again. This time, my fav. product I saw was Sliced Pork Fat Back. Not sure at all what it's used for. Very interesting. Also, another variety of the jowls. This time it was Smoked sliced peppered country cured pork jowls. That is a mouthful! I've yet to find a recipe that uses either ingredient-granted I haven't looked hard at all.
