Thanksgiving in Indiana

This year we drove across to Indianapolis to have Thanksgiving with my older brother and his family. We had a blast! Thanks Ken & Marcene for your hospitality and Allison for sacrificing your bedroom. We drove all day Wed and the kids did great. The drive is a beautiful one. West Virginia-who knew?
We arrived in time for dinner Wed. night and enjoyed being out of the car. Ken and crew even ordered up some fantastic weather for us. Thank goodness! Thursday was nice to just relax and take it easy. I think we all needed that! While we were there, we visited the Indianapolis Childrens museum. If you EVER have the chance to go. GO! It is by far the best children's museum I have ever visited. Even Katelyn was not bored.. Ken also has his pilots license and took the kids up for a bird's eye view of Fishers. An experience they won't soon forget.
We had a great time and are happy to be living close to family.
