Road Trip!

We were able to go out of town this year over Memorial weekend and had a blast. We ended up in Duck, North Carolina which is just outside of Kitty Hawk (clue: Wright Brothers) and about 3 hours away. We stayed in an amazing house with 2 other families. I think the house had entertainment value enough, but it was also 300 yds from the ocean. We spent a few days on the beach and a few days at the pool. We brought our bikes and rode some of the trails they have. One of the other moms and myself found one that led right up to the beach-heaven! The kids caught sand crabs and played in the sand and surf. Bary and I along with some of the others of the group hit the water for some body surfing. The weather was fantastic, the company side splitting, and all in all it was a awesome weekend.
