Sears Update

I went Monday to pick up Bary's new tool chest.. It about killed him to not go on Sunday. lol. I get there and they have this set up to scan your receipt and they bring your stuff. I scanned and it said the ordered pieces weren't in.... just the one we knew they had. They guy brings the one box out and I asked him to check on when the others would be in(I knew Bary would be bummed) He disappeared for about 30 min. (Not kidding) and when he came back he said they were still checking and he'd put the one box in the car. Seriously? Still checking the computer after 30 min?!? We got the one loaded and went back in to wait. Katelyn was at a friends and I had the other three with me. They had had it about 5 min. into the trip (partly my fault as I had told them it'd be a quick trip) We waited another 15-20 min and I was ready to leave, but the guy had my receipt and I wasn't about to leave with out it. Someone finally emerged to tell me the guy that rang us up originally had done it wrong and the system didn't have us in at all. He had put the pick up date the same as the order date and apparently that had confused the computer to the point that it kicked the order out. It took another 20-30 min to get it re-ordered with a delivery date of a week from Wed. I just laughed thru the whole thing, and am SO glad it was me and not Bary doing the pick up... :D So, keep fingers crossed that on the 1st it'll be in and ready for pick up...
